We run a Russian-language Telegram channel about hair, barbering, salon craft and fashion trends.
Our audience is professional stylists, barbers, salon owners and people choosing a haircut.
We publish short videos taken from public social media (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram where publicly
available, and similar platforms), together with Russian subtitles and a short written commentary
about the technique shown.
2.How we use third-party material
When we feature someone else's video, we do the following:
We publish only a short excerpt — 18 seconds or less. We never repost full-length videos.
We credit the author or brand in the post text and provide a direct link to the
original full video on the platform where it was published.
We do not remove or obscure watermarks, logos or creator handles.
We add Russian subtitles (a translation of the spoken words) and a short written
breakdown of the technique. Our purpose is commentary and education: explaining how the
result was achieved, not substituting for the original work.
We do not charge for access to third-party clips, and we do not sell the material itself.
Any advertising in the channel is clearly labelled and relates to our own editorial content.
We believe this is quotation for informational and educational purposes. Even so, if you disagree,
we will remove the material — see section 3.
3.If you are a rights holder and want content removed
You do not need to send a formal legal notice or involve a lawyer. A short email is enough.
A link to our post (for example https://t.me/krasota_moda_strizhki/123).
A link to your original video or profile, so we can identify you as the author.
One line stating that you own the rights and that you do not consent to the publication.
That is all. We will not ask you to prove anything further for a simple removal request.
You can copy this:
“Hello. I own the rights to this video: <link to your original>. It is used in your post
<link to our post>. I do not consent to its publication. Please remove it.”
What we commit to
Removal within 24 hours of your email, normally much sooner.
No argument and no negotiation. If you ask, the post is deleted.
A permanent exclusion. We add your account to our internal do-not-use list, so nothing from
your profile will be published again without your separate written permission.
Confirmation by reply once the post is removed, with a short note that it is done.
If you prefer to grant permission instead of removal, we are happy to publish your material with
whatever credit, wording or link you specify — just say so in the same email.
4.What we will not do
We do not re-upload material to other platforms.
We do not claim authorship of third-party work.
We do not ignore a removal request, even if the legal position is unclear to us.
5.Technical note on our hosting
We process videos on our own server and keep the resulting files only as long as needed to publish
and verify a post (and never longer than 7 days). Files we no longer need are deleted automatically.
We do not maintain a public archive of third-party material.
